What you receive

Before the call, we review one employment contract, the role description, your intended start date, and a short list of questions. During the session, we map responsibilities across you, your employer and the relevant authority. Within two working days, you receive a written roadmap, a list of missing employer documents, and links to official information.

The review covers the practical relationship between salary and role information, degree or qualification evidence, employer declarations, entry or residence status, address registration, health insurance confirmation, tax identification, payroll details and first-day preparation.

Who it suits

This consultation is designed for a professional who has received a German offer, expects to qualify for an EU Blue Card, and needs a coherent sequence. It is especially useful when HR is unfamiliar with international hiring or when different checklists appear to conflict.

It is not an eligibility guarantee. We do not submit applications, certify qualifications, translate documents, represent you before an authority, or provide legal or tax advice. If a question requires regulated advice, we will say so and suggest the appropriate type of professional.

How it works

  1. Orientation call: a free 15-minute call confirms whether the scope fits.
  2. Preparation: send the requested employment documents through the agreed secure method at least two working days before the session.
  3. Consultation: meet by video for 90 minutes. A partner, spouse or employer representative may join with advance notice.
  4. Roadmap: receive your tailored action sequence within two working days.
  5. Clarification: one follow-up email within seven days is included.

Preparation and timing

Bring your contract, role description, intended place of work, planned start date, current country of residence, and any written request from an authority or employer. Redact bank details and unrelated personal information. Most clients book two to eight weeks before their intended employment start.
